Crossings Ministries is committed to providing information with an accuracy, promptness, and integrity that is commensurate with a Christian institution. Crossings seeks to provide information that is up-to-date, yet there may be recent changes or inadvertent errors in the content. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
A $5 per person deposit is now required at the time of registration for all camps. The $5 dollar deposit is transferable toward the final balance until February 28. A second deposit of $75 per person is due February 28 and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay the second deposit by February 28 will result in an increase in the standard rate. Final balance is due 14 days before your camp session begins.
Registration deposits for camp and retreats are non-refundable once the payment is processed. The payment may be canceled before payment is processed. Camp per-person deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to the final balance. The camp per-person deposit may be applied to another individual on a case-by-case basis. Overpayments on camp accounts will be refunded to you or transferred to your next year’s registration.
Cancelled retreats that are rescheduled within 6-months of original retreat begin date may transfer the entire balance, including deposit and per-person deposits, to rescheduled retreat. If Crossings cancels your retreat or event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the entire balance may be refunded or transferred to a later date within six months.
An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
