We are currently looking to fill the role of Associate Property Director at Cedarmore Camp and Conference Center in Bagdad, KY. As Cedarmore’s Associate Property Director, your primary responsibility is to consistently develop our staff into servant leaders and our guests into fans through strategic leadership and in cooperation with the Property Director.

Program Associate

We are currently looking to fill the role of Program Associate. As Program Associate, your primary responsibility is to work with the Director of Programming to implement camp programs, as well as lead the Travel Team in day camps, Crossings on Mission, and Skycroft. This position will work in our central office in Louisville, Kentucky.

Cedarmore Facilities Coordinator

We are currently looking to fill the role of Facilities Coordinator at Cedarmore Camp and Conference Center in Bagdad, KY. As the Facilities Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our facilities, activities, and equipment are strategically repaired and are safe and free from distraction for our staff and guests to experience. This will be achieved through quality, timely repairs, and project execution driven by a stewardship mindset. Success in this will be measured by our guests consistently evaluating their experience as having exceeded their expectations as well as records of safety incidents and call-backs on repairs.

Jonathan Creek Maintenance Associate

We are currently looking to fill the role of Maintenance Associate at Jonathan Creek Camp and Conference Center in Hardin, KY. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our grounds are manicured and grounds equipment is in prime working condition with all general maintenance performed timely. Your secondary responsibilities will be, but not limited to, maintaining pontoon boats for summer camp, maintaining and cleaning the swimming pool, point of contact for recreation lake, and responding to minor property maintenance issues while providing excellent customer service in line with our mission/values. This role will assist in our ropes and zip line courses, and we will help you obtain certain certifications. Success in this role will be measured by our guests consistently evaluating their experience as having exceeded their expectations as well as records of safety incidents and call-backs on repairs.
