Kevin Jones
Kevin M. Jones, serves as the Dean of the College of Education at Cedarville University. He began his career as a first grade teacher and has taught in various K-12 and post secondary settings. He also serves as a lay pastor at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Ohio. Prior to St. John’s, he served as a lay Pastor, second grade Sunday School teacher, and Adult Discipleship Teacher at Buck Run Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY. His longing is to see fathers build resilient sons and to see Christian teachers and leaders influence the lives of students nationally and internationally, both teaching and leading to the glory of God. He and his high school sweetheart, Demica, have three children: Kennedi, Kevin Jr, and Karsynn.
Tim Harris
Tim Harris is pastor at Woodburn Baptist Church. A Kentucky native, he is a graduate of WKU (where he met his wife, Kacy) and Southern Seminary (MDiv, PhD). Tim is an artist and an avid runner. Derek Hopperton
Derek Hopperton (M.Ed., M.A.) has been a ministry leader and teacher of God’s word for over 15 years. During that time he served as the Spiritual Life Director at Christian Academy of Louisville and Whitefield Academy, where he preached in weekly chapel, taught Bible classes, and facilitated school-wide discipleship programs.
Derek and his wife of 18 years, Whitney, live in Cincinnati, Ohio, with their three children. Derek currently works bivocationally as a Project Manager and as a Pastor/Elder at The Oaks Church.
Derek has been a part of Crossings since 2000 as a student, summer staffer, group leader, and camp pastor. He is thrilled to serve at Crossings again in 2027.

Cameron Potts
Cam is the Senior Pastor at LaGrange Baptist Church in LaGrange, KY. Prior to this, he served as the Student Pastor at LBC for 10 years. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2010 and went on to get his Masters from Southern Seminary in 2013. Cam has been married to Kerry-Lyn since 2010, and they have 3 kids: Cooper, Libby, and Emmett.
Jamie Ward
Jamie started preaching at the age of 17 for a weekly service at his public high school. His desire is for people to know Jesus, know the word, and how to navigate the rapidly changing culture that American Christians find themselves in. Along with being the Co-Lead Pastor at Hillvue Heights Church, he has been teaching worldview classes for the last ten years because, he says, “Understanding worldviews can make it so much easier to share Christ with the culture.” He wants people to know what they believe and why they believe it. This life is a short-term mission trip!

Randall Breland
Randall is the Associate Pastor for Students and Evangelism at Kenwood Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. He is married to Bethany, is the proud Dad of Evangeline and Juliana, and Shepherd. Randall enjoys pranks, cycling, hiking, golf, reading biographies, laughter, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Kory Cunningham
Kory Cunningham loves making much of Jesus through preaching the Bible. Though growing up a pastor’s kid, Kory didn’t come to faith until college. Kory’s late conversion fuels his passion for seeing “church kids” see the true gospel and experience Jesus as the greatest TREASURE (Matthew 13:44). Kory was a youth pastor for more than a decade and has preached at Hardin Baptist Church for the last eight years. Kory loves his wife Katie and his four children, Crider, Finley, Garnett, and Evie Kate. He loves coffee, camping, national parks, wakeboarding, and coaching his son’s basketball team. Kory holds a bachelor’s degree from Murray State, a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Seminary. In addition, Kory trains college students in expository preaching through the Hardin Institute and hosts the Love Your Bible Podcast.
Kelly Wright
Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). He has served at Castleview Church in Indianapolis, IN since 2013 as an Associate Pastor. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have three children.
Caleb Davis
Caleb Davis has a passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God, and to see students follow Jesus! He served in local church student ministry for 15 years before transitioning into Education. He currently serves as 7th and 8th Grade Bible Teacher at Whitefield Academy in Louisville, KY. Caleb holds a BS in Student Ministry and a MDiv in Apologetics. He and his wife Courtney live in Louisville, KY with their two boys; Elliot (5) and Theo (1). He loves coffee, reading good books, and spending time with his family.
Jamie Caldwell
Jamie was called into ministry at 18 years old and spent the next two decades preaching at student camps, working at churches, and training for ministry. A little more than 10 years ago, Jamie planted a church near Annapolis. Now he pastors that church and works as the Send Network’s State Director for Church Planting in MD/DE. When he’s not working, he is probably reading, watching cooking shows, eating tacos, or hanging out with his family.
